Access & Facilities

Once you have purchased a day pass plus your room booking, there are two (2) ways to gain access to our main space,

  1. Phone tap method: With the Greater Nexus app opened, place your phone on the door lock. A green light will appear, and you will gain access to the space!

  1. “Unlock Doors” option: On the Greater Nexus app homepage, scroll through the booking options to the right and select “Unlock Doors.” Depending on which room or office you’ve booked, you should see a list of doors that you have access to. While we value inclusivity and understand the joy that pets and children bring, we also prioritize the comfort and needs of all members and guests. Billing & Plans

At Greater Nexus, our aim is to make our coworking facility more app friendly and to make the booking process smoother. We kindly request that you make all your bookings through the Greater nexus app without the assistance of a Community Manager. If assistance from a Community Manager is needed, a service fee will be charged to your booking invoice.

Most invoices are automatically paid a few hours after purcashing a pass, plan or making a booking. However, if there is not autopay option to your invoice, you can log into the Greater Nexus. Select the four (4) squares on the bottom right, then select “Invoices.” This will show all unpaid and paid invoices. If needed, please update your payment method for a smooth process.

When purchasing a private office, the Mailbox and Printing plans are not removable and must be included in your invoice. This is to ensure that you have printing and mail access.

At Greater Nexus, we provide a standardized Terms of Agreement (ToA) document to all monthly office suite members. The ToA details facility guidelines, building policies, member responsibilities, and processes for upgrading, downgrading, or canceling an office suite membership. Please note that Greater Nexus does not require a security deposit or one month’s rent upfront for monthly office suite rentals; as such, we do not issue a traditional lease or rental contract, but rather our industry-standard Terms of Agreement.

For desk memberships and daily pass holders, a signed ToA is not required, and these memberships are governed by the general terms presented within the Greater Nexus app during registration and profile setup.

For your convenience, the Terms of Agreement is also enclosed here for advance review:

If you are an office suite member and require a signed copy of the ToA, please feel free to request one at team@thegreaternexus.com, and our team will be pleased to provide it at the onset of your membership.
